Dancers Heel


 

The calcaneal bone in the foot rises up against the tallus bone and crushes the Posterior Tibial Talour Ligament.  Pain behind the archilies tendon (deep to the Achilles)…it will feel like it’s in the bone or around it.

Dancers Heel is common in sports where being on the toes is required such as ballet, irish dancing etc.
